Great Weekend With Matt and His Family

So this weekend I went over to my boyfriends house. We had a lot of fun. Matt and I went out to dinner at IHOP. That was nice to have a dinner date...seeing how we don't get to do that much. Saturday we went and had some fun shopping, and relaxing. We watched a movie called fireproof which was really good. I think everyone should see that before they get married...great movie. Sunday in the morning Matt and I woke up and went fishing with some of his family. That was fun because I never have gone ice fishing. We each only caught no more then two fish. That kinda was boring because we didn't catch anything but it was a great thing to do and try. I would go again.

This weekend had its up and downs...The down side wasn't bad tho. My boyfriend of three years and seven months...lives on the other side of the state...We see each other at least two weekends a month...I hope a lot more now..because this weekend he told me he is going to join the army...I am very proud of him, and always want the best for him. He will be leaving for basic in May. So i will not see him at all this summer. It will be very hard, but I know God will give me the strength to get thru this hard time. I will be so happy to see him when he gets back. Our love for another is very unique. He honestly is my other half...I know some people joke about having an other half...but he really is mine. we totally get another, love another for our flaws...and no matter how upset or frustrated we get...we cant live without each other...I wish Matt the best of luck when he leaves...he will do a great job, and i will be waiting for him to get back home! besides that one of my good friends lea, took pics of Matt and I. One of them is shown above. We got pics done because it was kind of just a fun thing to remember and to hold on to while he is gone, and forever. When lea finishes editing the rest of them i will post them. We also when downtown for new years eve...that was a lot of fun. Lots of people tho. It was a great time tho, we danced, went out to dinner, and now have a great memory because of it. I am very thankful for having the opportunity to hang out with my friends, family, and Matt. These kind of things will always be apart of me...memories that will be nice to share to all my loved ones.
